Who makes Upkept.
Upkept is one person with a decade in hospitality operations, writing the checklists and records his own teams were never given. Each document is checked against the regulation it cites before it goes on the site.

I spent over ten years running hospitality operations. The checklists my teams were handed were either a Word doc someone made years ago or locked inside software at £30 a head a month. So I write these myself, check each one against the FSA, HSE or fire guidance it comes from, and put the source on the sheet. If it is on the site, I would pin it up on my own floor.

The FSA, the HSE, the Fire Safety Order 2005, British Standards, CQC and the EYFS, depending on the sheet. The source and clause are printed on it.
